Karnataka state is going to host Hindus Sacred Religious gathering ceremony on Kaveri River bank in September. This festival is called Kaveri Pushkaram 2017 or Kaveri Pushkaralu 2017. Religious traditional Celebrations for 12 days is organized on a large scale at every temple. Pushkar Snan or Holy bath in Kaveri River Pushkaralu 2017 will starts from 12th September 2017.
The Celebrations and Holy bath will continue for 12 days i.e, up to 24th September 2017. Around 12 Famous temples and important Kaveri Pushkar Snan ghats are under construction by government. Sri Venugopala swamy temple is at Hosakannambabi, near Krishana Raja Sagara. Its is also as Hoysala architecture in Karnataka.
